Analog Design Engineer (Sensor)
Design, implement and verify analog/mixed-signal IC designs for various pressure, motion inertial and other sensor products.
Interface with digital design and MEMS design engineers to define and optimize sensor architectures. Provide technical guidance to layout, application, and validation engineers. Tape-out designs on-schedule adhering to required specifications.
Evaluate and characterize designs in the lab and identify any deviations from requirements and implement corrective actions.
Create thorough review documentation and follow established design flow.
Support production team to develop test plan and failure analysis for final.
Master degree in Electrical Engineering and over 3-year experience.
Experience designing two or more common blocks such as: Op-Amp, Bandgap-Reference, LDO, Charge-Pump, Oscillator, PLL, etc.
Experience designing high resolution and ultra-low power ADCs is a plus.
Familiar with EDA tools such as Cadence tools and MATLAB.
Good written and oral communication skills. Diligent, detail-oriented, and willing to take the initiatives for process and flow improvements.
Analog Design Engineer(Power)
Development of designs for high performance, high current buck, boost, buck-boost regulator.
Circuit design, architecture definition and optimization.
Close cooperation with program execution, system engineering, application engineering, test, validation and marketing to guarantee flawless execution on product development schedules.
2~7years professional work experience in analog DC/DC power IC development.
Knowledge in at least one of analog product experience, such as Buck, Boost and Buck-Boost DC-DC converters.
Well experience at modeling of switching regulator and loop compensation. High power, high current design project experiences is plus.
Extensive background and knowledge of semiconductor physics and process, especially HV PBCD process.
Good English and Chinese Mandarin.
Quality & Reliability Engineer
Work as team members to select proper domestic outsource –qual house to support all Aura BU’s qualification requests including power products/RF products/MEMS products etc. based on different package type and ATE platform.
Take charge of new product qualification test (ESD/LU/HTOL/HAST/Corner Lot,etc) and well know about AEC Q100’s requirement; Include qualification plan definition, hardware design, debug and run in outsource lab especially for automotive products. Failure analysis when test fail.
NPI Release make sure it satisfies Aura’s qualification standard. Resolve issues occur during qual stage, co-ordinate with all source like R&D/qual house etc. to correct in time and meet timeline. Meanwhile working on qual test cost saving and qual plan monitoring.
Customer return failure analysis, work with internal team and external outsource closely to resolve customer complain issue.
Able to plan on existing products reliability monitoring and follow up test result and provide solution.
As quality engineer to work with MEMS team to follow automotive robust quality requirement from product design to product mass production.
Bachelor+ in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years qualification/reliability Engineer experience in design house.
Familiar with domestic qual house, able to generate/monitor qual plan to guarantee high quality with effective cost, able to verify test results from qual house.
Knowledge of chip/package level failure analysis process, common IC failure mode, familiar with FA labs on their capability.
Knowledge of silicon and package level qualification for industry/automotive.
Able to use APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC and FMEA (AIAG & VDA), familiar with FTA
Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 was necessary, be familiar with ISO26262 was plus.
6 Sigma green belt certificated was necessary; 6 Sigma black belt was plus.
Good listen, written and oral communications skills in English.
Good decision making, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Able to manage qual house in different locations.
Able to support customers’ requests when necessary.
