The AU4851 is a smart power stage designed to work with Aurasemi’s controller to achieve a high-density multiphase solution. It delivers 30 A of continuous output current over a wide input supply range.

Monolithic Integration and advanced packaging technology have offered high efficiency due to optimal dead time and parasitic inductance reduction.

The AU4851 is available in a very small 3 mm × 5 mm FC TQFN and can operate from 100 kHz to 2 MHz.

This device includes fault protection circuits for over temperature, over current, VCC and VIN undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The AU4851 is ideal for notebook applications with high efficiency and small size.
